Iron Pixel was born from a shared vision: to create a space where we could unite on our collective dream of working with and supporting some of the most talented indie, solo and emerging developers in the industry, whilst simultaneously finding a way to raise the standards and ethical nature of the service side of the business we operate in.
Our collective brings together our deep expertise in recruitment, talent operations, and business development. We’ve worked with studios at every stage of the process, from establishing the founders group at pre-seed and seed rounds through to scale-ups and supporting large, global AAA studios.
By pooling resources, sharing intelligence, and engaging with the games industry community, we aim to unlock opportunities, creating resources and provide developers with meaningful access to career and business pathways. We see ourselves as a catalyst to your success.

We’re a collective of five Founders, business owners and experienced Games Recruiters - each bringing a unique perspective and skillset to the table. Our team is made up of individuals who are constantly learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what we believe our studio partners deserve, when it comes to high quality service. Every member adds their own voice to the conversation, whether it’s through the lens of design, studio operations, technology, strategy, or storytelling
Besides our dayjobs, we're musicians, music producters, storytellers and gamers; united by a shared passion for breaking the mold of what traditional service companies offer, a desire to help indie developers achieve their full potential and delivering the extraordinary. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to approach every project from multiple angles, ensuring that no challenge is too big and no idea is too far-fetched
